Refund policy


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that we sent them to you.

Damaged box, stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foiling will not be accepted.

All returns must be authorized by a member of the PetShielded  Customer Service Team.

PetShielded reserve the right to reject refund or exchange if the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition.

Please note: PetShielded does not cover the cost for return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed with 5-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. However, PetShielded offers shipping insurance that covers the actual value of your parcel in case it gets damaged or lost.

If a package is returned as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

If a package is returned or abandoned for refusing to pay the country’s legal import tax, it is the customer’s responsibility and we reserve the right to refuse the refund.


To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately: If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.



It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!

Please note: shipping fees and insurance costs are not refundable (if initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment). 



Sadly, we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
